My Visit to Karbala / A Sorrowful Scene of the Martyrdom of Sayyadina Hussain (RA)

Ubqari Magazine - June 2013

My Visit to Karbala

Now I narrate something about the valley of Karbala.  I had decided with those poor Jinnaat that they would escort me after Isha Salat. I was ready at the predetermined time. Then I felt some heavy breathes around my house.  It is a sign of their presence.  I came out quietly. I saw grand wolves with horrible faces and long hair had gathered there.  They were actually Jinnat so I went near them.  They bade me salam and asked me to ride one of them.  Its back was as wide as a horse and it was even taller than a horse.  I firmed my grip and it started walking.  Then it started flying in the air with a speed faster than even a plane.  We reached in the KarbalaValley in 10-12 minutes.  There was a feast going on in a jungle but it was hidden from the human eye.

A sorrowful scene of the Martyrdom of Sayyadina Hussain(RA)

Since I was looking all that and there was a road for the humans too but they were unaware of that.  When I reached there, they greeted me and gave me a respectful welcome.  A special carpet was laid for me and I was seated there. Although they were not so rich but they had done magnificent arrangements for me.  I was quite pleased to meet those poor jinns. Then I also thought myself lucky enough to be in the valley of Karbala where the sorrowful scene of the Martyrdom of Sayyadina Hussain(RA) came before my eyes.  I imagined the time when he(RA) along with the most graceful family members and his followers would have stayed there.  Their blood had spread all around, their hunger, thirst and the greatest grief.  Then the tyranny of the brute and cruel enemies and helplessness of the Prophet’s family .  My tears started shedding to imagine all this and I couldn’t stop that.
